Shipping & timing
All envelopes from The Reader's Reverie ship on the 2nd of each month (or the day before if the 2nd is a Sunday) from Lynchburg, Virginia. If you sign up by the 1st, you'll receive that month's letter. If you sign up after the 1st, your first mailing will be for the following month. Our letters will come by USPS with a postage stamp. US subscribers should receive their letter within 3-8 days of shipping and International subscribers will receive their letters within 2 - 6 weeks (I wish it were quicker!). I guess that's why they call it snail mail.
How do I sign up?
By clicking the subscribe link and submitting the form! Your payments will be recurring monthly, and you can cancel anytime, free of charge. We believe in flexibility and ease for our members. Find out more about payments and cancellations on our subscription details page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, 100%! If you need to cancel for any reason, please email me directly at info@thereadersreverie.com
In order to cancel that month's be sure to email me by the 1st!
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Again, email me by the 1st of each month so I can be sure to address your letter to your new address.
What happens if I don't get my letter?
Email me, please at info@thereadersreverie.com and I will do everything I can to make it right, either by resending you a letter, or refunding you for that month.
